3. Przepisy ust. 1 i 2 stosuje się do zrealizowanych zadań finansowanych lub dofinansowanych z budżetu państwa lub z państwowych funduszy celowych, o ile nie upłynął okres 5 lat od zakończenia takiego zadania.
