1. Przepisy art. 35a i art. 35c ustawy zmienianej w art. 115 oraz przepisy wydane na podstawie art. 35d ustawy zmienianej w art. 115 mają zastosowanie również do podmiotów realizujących zadania finansowane lub dofinansowane z budżetu państwa lub z państwowych funduszy celowych na podstawie umowy zawartej przed dniem wejścia w życie niniejszej ustawy z dysponentem części budżetowej lub państwowego funduszu celowego.
