1. Zgody na doręczanie pism przez portal podatkowy wyrażane na podstawie art. 3e § 1 ustawy zmienianej w art. 84, w brzmieniu dotychczasowym, stają się zgodami na doręczanie pism przez portal podatkowy, o których mowa w art. 144 § 2 ustawy zmienianej w art. 84, w brzmieniu nadanym niniejszą ustawą.

2. W przypadku spraw wszczętych i niezakończonych do dnia wejścia w życie niniejszej ustawy do doręczania pism przez portal podatkowy w rozumieniu art. 3 pkt 14 ustawy zmienianej w art. 84 stosuje się przepisy dotychczasowe.
