3. Podmioty niepubliczne nieposiadające adresu do doręczeń elektronicznych wpisanego do bazy adresów elektronicznych, wpisane do Centralnej Ewidencji i Informacji o Działalności Gospodarczej, z wyłączeniem podmiotów, o których mowa w ust. 1 i 2, są obowiązane uzyskać wpis adresu do doręczeń elektronicznych do bazy adresów elektronicznych w terminie do dnia 30 września 2026 r.
