4. W przypadku gdy przedsiębiorca wykonuje działalność gospodarczą krócej niż rok, jego przewidywany obrót netto ze sprzedaży towarów, wyrobów i usług oraz z operacji finansowych, a także średnioroczne zatrudnienie, o których mowa w ust. 1 pkt 1–3, określa się na podstawie danych za ostatni okres udokumentowany przez przedsiębiorcę.
