3. Średnioroczne zatrudnienie, o którym mowa w ust. 1 pkt 1–3, określa się w przeliczeniu na pełne etaty, nie uwzględniając pracowników przebywających na urlopach macierzyńskich, urlopach na warunkach urlopu macierzyńskiego, uzupełniających urlopach macierzyńskich, urlopach ojcowskich, urlopach rodzicielskich, urlopach opiekuńczych i urlopach wychowawczych, a także zatrudnionych w celu przygotowania zawodowego.
