Art. 65. Przepisów niniejszego rozdziału nie stosuje się do kontroli:

1) prowadzonej na podstawie ustawy z dnia 29 listopada 2000 r. – Prawo atomowe (Dz. U. z 2024 r. poz. 1277, 1897 i 1907);

2) celno-skarbowej prowadzonej w trybie określonym w dziale V rozdziale 1 ustawy z dnia 16 listopada 2016 r. o Krajowej Administracji Skarbowej;

3) prowadzonej na podstawie ustawy z dnia 20 lipca 1991 r. o Inspekcji Ochrony Środowiska w zakresie gospodarki odpadami.
