3. W przypadku braku możliwości zawiadomienia, o którym mowa w ust. 1, wójt, burmistrz lub prezydent miasta może nakazać, w drodze decyzji, wstrzymanie wykonywania działalności gospodarczej na czas niezbędny, nie dłuższy niż 3 dni.
