6. W przypadku wniesienia sprzeciwu organ kontroli może, w drodze postanowienia, dokonać zabezpieczenia dowodów mających związek z przedmiotem i zakresem kontroli, na czas rozpatrzenia sprzeciwu. Zabezpieczeniu podlegają dokumenty, informacje, próbki wyrobów oraz inne nośniki informacji, jeżeli stanowią lub mogą stanowić dowód w toku kontroli.
