4. Przedłużenie czasu trwania kontroli możliwe jest także, jeżeli w toku kontroli zostanie ujawnione zaniżenie zobowiązania podatkowego w wysokości przekraczającej równowartość 10 % kwoty zadeklarowanego zobowiązania podatkowego, jednak nie niższej niż 500 złotych, lub zawyżenie straty w wysokości przekraczającej równowartość 50 % kwoty zadeklarowanej straty, jednak nie niższej niż 2500 złotych, albo w przypadku ujawnienia faktu niezłożenia deklaracji pomimo takiego obowiązku.
