Art. 52. Czynności kontrolne wykonuje się w sposób sprawny i możliwie niezakłócający funkcjonowania przedsiębiorcy. W przypadku gdy przedsiębiorca wskaże na piśmie, że wykonywane czynności zakłócają w sposób istotny działalność gospodarczą przedsiębiorcy, konieczność podjęcia takich czynności uzasadnia się w protokole kontroli.
