3. Koszty sporządzenia zmiany planu ogólnego gminy oraz zmiany miejscowego planu zagospodarowania przestrzennego ponosi gmina, której terenu dotyczy zarządzenie zastępcze. Gmina przekazuje wojewodzie równowartość kosztów, jakie podmiot, na rzecz którego zatwierdzono dokumentację geologiczną złoża lub dodatek do dokumentacji geologicznej, poniósł na podstawie art. 95 ust. 5 i 6.
