Art. 95a. Gmina uwzględnia złoża strategiczne w miejscowym planie zagospodarowania przestrzennego, w którym wprowadza zakaz trwałej zabudowy lub innego zagospodarowania obszarów tych złóż w sposób, który wyłączyłby możliwość zagospodarowania złoża strategicznego w przyszłości, z uwzględnieniem warunków, o których mowa w art. 94a ust. 12.
