3. Minister właściwy do spraw środowiska dokonuje:

1) wpisu do wykazu złóż strategicznych na podstawie ostatecznych decyzji o uznaniu złoża kopaliny albo jego części za złoże strategiczne;

2) aktualizacji wpisu do wykazu złóż strategicznych w zakresie wynikającym ze zmiany lub uchylenia decyzji o uznaniu złoża kopaliny albo jego części za złoże strategiczne.
