Art. 94b. Minister właściwy do spraw środowiska po powzięciu informacji o możliwości spełnienia przez złoże kopaliny objęte prawem własności nieruchomości gruntowej albo przez jego część kryteriów, o których mowa w art. 94a ust. 5, może z urzędu wszcząć postępowanie w przedmiocie uznania takiego złoża albo jego części za złoże strategiczne. Przepisy art. 94a ust. 2–15 stosuje się.
