14. Minister właściwy do spraw środowiska może uchylić lub zmienić decyzję uznającą złoże kopaliny albo jego część za złoże strategiczne, jeżeli to złoże albo jego część przestały spełniać kryteria, o których mowa w ust.
5. Przepisy ust. 7 i 8 stosuje się odpowiednio.
