3. W przypadku gdy właściwym organem administracji geologicznej, o którym mowa w ust. 1 pkt 4 i ust. 2, jest minister właściwy do spraw środowiska, dokumentację geologiczną w postaci papierowej i postaci elektronicznej na informatycznych nośnikach danych przesyła się do państwowej służby geologicznej prowadzącej archiwum, o którym mowa w art. 162 ust. 1 pkt 2.
