5. W przypadku dokonywania podziału złoża, dla którego jest wykonana dokumentacja geologiczna, należy sporządzić nową dokumentację dla części złoża przewidzianej do zagospodarowania; dla pozostałej części należy sporządzić rozliczenie zasobów złoża w formie dodatku do dokumentacji geologicznej na koszt podmiotu, który sfinansował wykonanie nowej dokumentacji.
