Art. 88.

1. Wyniki prac geologicznych, wraz z ich interpretacją, określeniem stopnia osiągnięcia zamierzonego celu wraz z uzasadnieniem, przedstawia się w dokumentacji geologicznej.

2. Dokumentację geologiczną stanowią następujące rodzaje dokumentacji:

1) geologiczna złoża kopaliny, z wyłączeniem złoża węglowodorów;

1a) geologiczno-inwestycyjna złoża węglowodorów;

2) hydrogeologiczna;

3) geologiczno-inżynierska;

4) inne niż określone w pkt 1–3.
