Art. 86. Do robót geologicznych służących poszukiwaniu i rozpoznawaniu złóż kopalin oraz poszukiwaniu i rozpoznawaniu kompleksu podziemnego składowania dwutlenku węgla, a także robót geologicznych służących innym celom wykonywanych z użyciem środków strzałowych albo wykonywanych na głębokości większej niż 100 m albo wykonywanych na obszarze górniczym utworzonym w celu wykonywania działalności metodą robót podziemnych albo metodą otworów wiertniczych, stosuje się odpowiednio przepisy dotyczące zakładu górniczego i jego ruchu oraz ratownictwa górniczego.
