7. W przypadku rekonstrukcji zlikwidowanego otworu wiertniczego wykonanego w celu poszukiwania, rozpoznawania lub wydobywania węglowodorów zatwierdzenie projektu robót geologicznych, o którym mowa w ust. 4, wymaga uzgodnienia z ministrem właściwym do spraw środowiska w zakresie zgodności z racjonalną gospodarką złożami węglowodorów. Minister właściwy do spraw środowiska zajmuje stanowisko w terminie 30 dni od dnia doręczenia projektu decyzji. Przepisu art. 9 ust. 2 nie stosuje się.
