1. Minister właściwy do spraw środowiska określi, w drodze rozporządzenia:

1) zakres, formę i tryb przekazywania próbek, o których mowa w art. 82 ust. 2 pkt 2;

2) zakres, formaty oraz tryb przekazywania danych geologicznych, o których mowa w art. 82 ust. 2 pkt 1, oraz wyników badań próbek, o których mowa w art. 82 ust. 2 pkt 2;

3) zakres, formaty oraz tryb przekazywania informacji dotyczących parametrów wydobywania węglowodorów ze złoża, o których mowa w art. 49zc.
