3. O zamierzonym poborze próbek w wyniku robót geologicznych podmiot, o którym mowa w ust. 1, zawiadamia na piśmie utrwalonym w postaci papierowej lub elektronicznej, opatrzonym odpowiednio do sposobu utrwalenia podpisem własnoręcznym, kwalifikowanym podpisem elektronicznym, podpisem zaufanym albo podpisem osobistym, właściwy organ administracji geologicznej, a w przypadku próbek związanych z poszukiwaniem lub rozpoznawaniem złóż kopalin, o których mowa w art. 10 ust. 1 i 2, również państwową służbę geologiczną, w terminie 14 dni przed dniem zamierzonego poboru tych próbek.
