3b. W przypadku dodatku do projektu robót geologicznych związanych z poszukiwaniem i rozpoznawaniem kompleksu podziemnego składowania dwutlenku węgla dodatek może obejmować przedłużenie czasu wykonywania robót geologicznych na dalszy czas oznaczony niedłuższy niż 5 lat, jeżeli jest to uzasadnione warunkami geologicznymi, pod warunkiem wykonywania robót geologicznych zgodnie z projektem robót geologicznych.
