4. W przypadku wykonywania przez rzeczoznawcę do spraw ruchu zakładu górniczego czynności w zakresie, w którym nadano uprawnienia, z rażącym niedbalstwem, z rażącym naruszeniem ustawy lub wydanych na jej podstawie przepisów, lub utraty wymagań, o których mowa w art. 71, niezbędnych do uzyskania uprawnień niezwłocznie, w drodze decyzji, cofa się uprawnienia.
