Art. 76.

1. Wykaz osób, którym nadano uprawnienia rzeczoznawcy do spraw ruchu zakładu górniczego, zamieszcza i aktualizuje w Biuletynie Informacji Publicznej Prezes Wyższego Urzędu Górniczego.

2. Wykaz, o którym mowa w ust. 1, obejmuje imię i nazwisko osoby fizycznej albo nazwę osoby prawnej, zakres nadanych uprawnień w sposób określony w art. 72 oraz okres obowiązywania decyzji, a w przypadku osób prawnych – także imię i nazwisko zatrudnionej osoby fizycznej, spełniającej wymagania określone w art. 71 ust. 1, która będzie wykonywała badania i sporządzała opinie w sprawach dotyczących ruchu zakładu górniczego.
