1. Zakres ukończonych studiów potwierdza się na podstawie:
1) nazw kierunków studiów lub
2) nazw specjalności, lub
3) wykazu przedmiotów, z których zostały złożone egzaminy, lub wykazu efektów uczenia się, zweryfikowanych przez złożenie egzaminów, określonych w suplemencie do dyplomu lub w innym dokumencie wydanym przez uczelnię.
2. Złożenie egzaminów uzupełniających dokumentuje się zaświadczeniem lub innym dokumentem wydanym przez uczelnię realizującą program studiów w zakresie określonym w przepisach wydanych na podstawie art. 69a ust. 1 pkt 1 lit. a.
