3. Zakres ukończonych studiów, o których mowa w ust. 1 i 2, potwierdza się na podstawie:
1) nazw kierunków studiów lub
2) nazw specjalności, lub
3) wykazu przedmiotów lub efektów uczenia się, określonych w szczególności w suplemencie do dyplomu, indeksie lub zaświadczeniu o przebiegu studiów, z tym że studiami na kierunku związanym z kształceniem w zakresie geologii są studia, które obejmowały co najmniej dwa przedmioty w zakresie wnioskowanej kategorii, pozwalające na uzyskanie co najmniej 6 punktów ECTS lub obejmujące co najmniej 60 godzin kształcenia.
