1. O stwierdzenie posiadania kwalifikacji w zawodzie geolog w kategorii I–IX może ubiegać się osoba, która posiada dyplom ukończenia studiów pierwszego lub drugiego stopnia lub jednolitych studiów magisterskich na kierunku związanym z kształceniem w zakresie geologii oraz odbyła praktykę zawodową odpowiednią do poziomu i kierunku ukończonych studiów, zwaną dalej „praktyką”, określone w przepisach wydanych na podstawie art. 69 ust. 1 pkt 1.
