Art. 49zv. Umowa o współpracy ulega rozwiązaniu w przypadku:

1) cofnięcia, wygaśnięcia lub utraty mocy koncesji na poszukiwanie i rozpoznawanie złoża węglowodorów oraz wydobywanie węglowodorów ze złoża albo koncesji na wydobywanie węglowodorów ze złoża;

2) podjęcia przez jej strony uchwały o rozwiązaniu.
