2. Koncesja wygasa również w przypadku gdy przedsiębiorca nie przedstawi organowi koncesyjnemu, w terminie określonym w art. 49x ust. 7 pkt 2 i 3 albo w art. 49zd ust. 7 pkt 1, albo w terminie określonym w decyzji, o której mowa w art. 49zd ust. 6, dowodu ustanowienia zabezpieczenia, o którym mowa w art. 49x ust. 2 lub 2a.
