Art. 49zdb. Podmiot, o którym mowa w art. 49zd, na który została przeniesiona koncesja, albo podmiot, o którym mowa w art. 49zda, który wstąpił w prawa i obowiązki wynikające z decyzji wydanych na podstawie ustawy, staje się stroną wszczętych i niezakończonych postępowań administracyjnych, o których mowa w art. 34, art. 37, art. 49y, art. 49z, art. 49za ust. 4a, art. 49ze, art. 49zg, art. 80a ust. 2b, art. 101 ust. 2, art. 107, art. 108 i art. 109 ust. 1 pkt 1, oraz postępowań sądowoadministracyjnych, których stroną był dotychczasowy przedsiębiorca.
