7. W przypadku, o którym mowa w ust. 6, dowód ustanowienia zabezpieczenia, o którym mowa w:
1) art. 49x ust. 2 – doręcza się organowi koncesyjnemu w terminie 30 dni od dnia doręczenia lub ogłoszenia decyzji przenoszącej koncesję;
2) art. 49x ust. 2a – doręcza się organowi koncesyjnemu w terminie określonym w decyzji przenoszącej koncesję.
