4. W przypadku gdy przedsiębiorca w czasie trwania fazy poszukiwania i rozpoznawania uzyskał decyzje zatwierdzające dokumentacje geologiczno- -inwestycyjne złoża węglowodorów dla kolejnych złóż węglowodorów, przystąpienie do wydobywania węglowodorów z tych złóż wymaga uzyskania decyzji inwestycyjnych dla tych złóż.
