1. Decyzja inwestycyjna określa:

1) sposób wydobywania węglowodorów ze złoża;

2) granice obszaru górniczego i terenu górniczego;

3) termin rozpoczęcia wydobywania węglowodorów ze złoża;

4) minimalny stopień wykorzystania zasobów złoża, przedsięwzięcia niezbędne w zakresie racjonalnej gospodarki złożem, a w razie potrzeby również sposoby intensyfikacji wydobycia węglowodorów.
