6b. W przypadku działalności polegającej na wydobywaniu węglowodorów ze złoża połączonym z podziemnym składowaniem dwutlenku węgla:
1) w łącznej ilości poniżej 100 kiloton – wniosek o przedłużenie czasu trwania fazy wydobywania przedkłada się niepóźniej niż 200 dni przed upływem czasu trwania tej fazy;
2) w łącznej ilości równej lub większej niż 100 kiloton – wniosek o przedłużenie czasu trwania fazy wydobywania przedkłada się niepóźniej niż 300 dni przed upływem czasu trwania tej fazy.
