Art. 49wa. Do udzielenia i wykonywania koncesji na wydobywanie węglowodorów ze złoża połączone z podziemnym składowaniem dwutlenku węgla stosuje się również wymagania określone w art. 28a–28g, w art. 32 ust. 7–9 oraz w przepisach wydanych na podstawie art. 28h.
