1. W terminie 14 dni od dnia opublikowania ogłoszenia, o którym mowa w art. 49h ust. 2, zainteresowany podmiot może złożyć do organu koncesyjnego wniosek o udzielenie wyjaśnień dotyczących warunków, o których mowa w art. 49h ust. 3 pkt 4.
2. Organ koncesyjny, w terminie 14 dni od dnia otrzymania wniosku, ogłasza treść wyjaśnienia w Biuletynie Informacji Publicznej na stronie podmiotowej urzędu obsługującego ten organ.
3. Wyjaśnienia są wiążące dla organu koncesyjnego i podmiotów biorących udział w postępowaniu przetargowym.
