Art. 49ea. Udzielenie koncesji na poszukiwanie i rozpoznawanie złóż węglowodorów oraz wydobywanie węglowodorów ze złóż lub koncesji na wydobywanie węglowodorów ze złóż może nastąpić na wniosek zainteresowanego podmiotu, jeżeli obszar, którego wniosek dotyczy, nie jest objęty aktualnym ogłoszeniem, o którym mowa w art. 49f ust. 1, albo nie zostało wszczęte postępowanie przetargowe dotyczące tego obszaru.
