Art. 42.

1. W sprawach uregulowanych niniejszym działem:

1) rozpoczęcie działalności objętej koncesją uważa się za zaistnienie nieodwracalnych skutków prawnych;

2) uchylenie (zmiana) koncesji w wyniku wznowienia postępowania nie może nastąpić z upływem roku od dnia rozpoczęcia określonej nią działalności.

2. Przepis ust. 1 nie uchybia obowiązkowi naprawienia szkody.
