5. Bez względu na liczbę stron postępowania prowadzonego na podstawie niniejszego działu przepis ust. 3 stosuje się w postępowaniu dotyczącym stwierdzenia wygaśnięcia koncesji z powodu śmierci lub likwidacji przedsiębiorcy.
