Art. 39b. W przypadku cofnięcia lub wygaśnięcia koncesji na podziemne składowanie dwutlenku węgla, z zastrzeżeniem art. 39c, Krajowy Administrator Podziemnych Składowisk Dwutlenku Węgla zamyka podziemne składowisko dwutlenku węgla. Przepisy art. 107a ust. 2, art. 127i ust. 2 oraz art. 129 ust. 1– 4 stosuje się odpowiednio.
