2. Zakres i sposób wykonania obowiązków określonych w ust. 1 ustala się w planie ruchu likwidowanego zakładu górniczego albo w planie ruchu zakładu wykonującego roboty geologiczne. Jeżeli nie stosuje się przepisów o planach ruchu, zakres i sposób wykonania obowiązków określonych w ust. 1 ustala organ koncesyjny w decyzji stwierdzającej wygaśnięcie koncesji, po uzgodnieniu z wójtem (burmistrzem, prezydentem miasta), a w przypadku koncesji, o których mowa w art. 22 ust. 2, również z właściwym organem nadzoru górniczego.
