9. Za dzień wniesienia sprzeciwu, o którym mowa w ust. 8, uznaje się dzień:
1) nadania decyzji, o której mowa w ust. 8, za pokwitowaniem przez operatora pocztowego w rozumieniu ustawy z dnia 23 listopada 2012 r. – Prawo pocztowe (Dz. U. z 2025 r. poz. 366, 820 i 1456) albo
2) doręczenia za pokwitowaniem decyzji, o której mowa w ust. 8, przez pracowników organu koncesyjnego, albo
3) wprowadzenia decyzji, o której mowa w ust. 8, do systemu teleinformatycznego w przypadku, o którym mowa w art. 391 Kodeksu postępowania administracyjnego.
