2. W przypadku, o którym mowa w ust. 1 pkt 1, do terminu realizacji zamiaru, o którym mowa w ust. 1, nie wlicza się okresu niezbędnego do rozpoznania przez właściwy sąd rejestrowy wniosku o wpis do rejestru przedsiębiorców, z zastrzeżeniem że okres ten nie będzie trwać dłużej niż 6 miesięcy. Podmiot przejmujący informuje organ koncesyjny o złożeniu wniosku o wpis do rejestru przedsiębiorców w terminie 7 dni od dnia dokonania tej czynności.
