14. Jeżeli organ koncesyjny nie zgłosił sprzeciwu, o którym mowa w ust. 8, podmiot przejmujący w wyniku dokonania czynności, o której mowa w ust. 1, wstępuje w prawa i obowiązki dotychczasowego przedsiębiorcy wynikające z koncesji objętych zgłoszeniem, o którym mowa w ust.
1. Podmiot przejmujący jest obowiązany w terminie 14 dni od dnia wstąpienia w prawa i obowiązki wynikające z koncesji przedstawić organowi koncesyjnemu oraz właściwemu organowi nadzoru górniczego dowody potwierdzające następstwo prawne.
