13. W przypadku dokonania czynności, o których mowa w ust. 1:

1) bez dokonania zgłoszenia, o którym mowa w ust. 1, albo

2) mimo zgłoszenia sprzeciwu, o którym mowa w ust. 8, albo

3) przed upływem terminu do zgłoszenia sprzeciwu, o którym mowa w ust. 8, albo

4) po upływie 6 miesięcy od dokonania zgłoszenia, o którym mowa w ust. 1, z uwzględnieniem ust. 2

– koncesja nie przechodzi na podmiot przejmujący.
