2a. W przypadku podziemnych zakładów górniczych, jeżeli w okresie pomiędzy złożeniem wniosku, o którym mowa w ust. 2, a zmianą koncesji przedsiębiorca będzie obowiązany sporządzić i przedłożyć organowi nadzoru górniczego do zatwierdzenia plan ruchu zakładu górniczego, o którym mowa w art. 108, albo dodatek do planu ruchu zakładu górniczego, o którym mowa w art. 109, dokumenty te sporządza z uwzględnieniem rzeczywistych szkodliwych wpływów robót górniczych zakładu górniczego, przedstawionych we wniosku, o którym mowa w ust. 2.
