2. W przypadku gdy w okresie od dnia złożenia wniosku, o którym mowa w ust. 1, do dnia zamieszczenia ogłoszenia został złożony wniosek o udzielenie koncesji obejmujący w całości lub w części tę samą przestrzeń oraz rodzaj działalności lub rodzaj kopaliny, podstawą do zamieszczenia ogłoszenia jest wniosek, o którym mowa w ust. 1.
