7. Gwarancja bankowa, gwarancja ubezpieczeniowa lub polisa ubezpieczeniowa potwierdzająca zawarcie umowy ubezpieczenia odpowiedzialności cywilnej powinny stwierdzać, że bank lub zakład ubezpieczeń w przypadku niewywiązywania się przez przedsiębiorcę z obowiązków, o których mowa w ust. 3 i 4, na wezwanie organu koncesyjnego przesłane po wydaniu postanowienia, o którym mowa w art. 28c ust. 1, dokona wypłaty na rzecz podmiotów, o których mowa w tym przepisie, kwoty w wysokości określonej w tym wezwaniu.
